Rule Kit for Jira Workflows — Terms of Use
Last updated:
Scope
These terms apply to your use of Rule Kit for Jira Workflows (“the app”), a Jira Cloud app made by Muhammed Said Çakır (MSC Labs), a sole proprietorship in Kütahya, Türkiye. Buying and installing apps on the Atlassian Marketplace is also governed by Atlassian's Marketplace Terms of Use.
What the app does
The app adds workflow validators and post functions to Jira. What each rule does, how it is set up and its known limits are described in the documentation. The app changes work items only as the rules your Jira admins set up tell it to.
Price, trials and refunds
The app is sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian handles subscriptions, trials, invoices and refunds under its own terms; we do not charge you directly. The current price is on the app's Marketplace listing.
When the license is not active
If your site's license for the app is not active, for example after a trial ends, the rules pause: validators let every transition through, and post functions do not change work items. Your rule settings are kept and the rules run again once the license is active.
Using the app well
Rules act with the app's permissions and change work items exactly as configured. Try a new rule on a test project or a copy of the workflow before using it on an important workflow.
Your data
How the app handles data is described in its privacy policy.
Support
Write to muhammedsaidcakir@msclabs.tr. Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Istanbul time (UTC+3); we aim to reply within 48 hours on working days.
Ending use
A site admin can uninstall the app at any time. Rule settings stay in your workflows until an admin removes the rules.
